Earning Miles

• The number of SkyRewards Miles you earn is determined by the distance flown and the type of fare purchased. Miles are automatically calculated and credited to your account once your ticket is used at check-in—not at the time of booking.
• Please note that certain ticket types do not qualify for SkyRewards Miles. These include reward tickets, children's fares, some discounted or promotional fares, spouse fares, charters, inclusive tours, and complimentary tickets.
• You’ll need to ensure your Membership number is in your reservation before you fly otherwise your account won’t automatically be updated. If you forget you can use our Online Form to claim missing miles for flights taken in the past 60 days.

Spending Miles

SkyRewards Miles can be redeemed and exchanged for free tickets on CemAir scheduled flights. Please note that while your miles cover the ticket cost, passengers are responsible for additional charges such as fuel surcharges, airport taxes, and service fees. Members can make their own reward bookings online or alternatively use the online request form. Travel agents are not permitted to process reward ticket requests.

When you have sufficient miles, you can book yourself a free ticket [excluding taxes and VAT] online, and pay with your SkyRewards miles. You can log in to check your balance online – just click here. Remember, miles expire after two calendar years so don’t miss out – when you have enough miles we suggest you get flying for free!

Airport Taxes and VAT are not included; you have to pay for them by debit/credit card at the same time as you make your booking.

Missing Miles?

Please ensure that you or your travel agent include your SkyRewards number in every booking. However, if you have flown with CemAir in the past 60 days and miles have not been added to your account please complete the online Missing Flights Claim Form.
